Jenn Davis graduated from Western Governors University with a bachelor’s degree in business majoring in Healthcare Administration including an associate’s degree in applied science. She has had a place in healthcare since 2008. Jenn's passion for creativity and constant growth is accompanied by the thrill of production. Jenn prides herself on her ability to give love and compassion even in the most difficult situations. She believes that it is crucial to have compassions for all, so when you can’t see eye to eye try heart to heart. Born and raised in Oregon, she loves to adventure with her family including traveling, camping, hiking, and kayaking.

Cindy Benton
Community Relations Director

Cindy graduated from Brigham Young University in Communications-Advertising and worked with radio advertising in Eugene. She then transitioned to community relations with the local cable company, where she supported non-profit organizations and appears on the national state with Jerry Lewis Telethon for MDA. She later worked with the American Diabetes Association and the Alzheimer’s Association managing events and programs. This is when she got acquainted with senior living and became the Community Relations Director at Junction City in July 2022.
Cindy is married and has a stepson and two grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, sewing, and caring for her Cavalier King Charles dogs, which she shows and raises.

Cyndi Lou Beeler
Business Office Manager

Cyndi Lou graduated from the University of Denver’s Morgridge College earning her master's in library and information science. This gives her the unique ability to structure and organize the Business Office at Junction City Assisted Living. With her combined experience in direct care and management she has jumped in wholeheartedly here in her hometown. When she is not in her office, she is busy at home taking care of her two young boys and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Mikayla Grill

Since 2021, Mikayla has been our concierge, making sure every resident and visitor feels seen, heard, and cared for. When she's not orchestrating the front desk, she is at home with her husband and two delightful daughters, expertly navigating bedtime negotiations like a seasoned diplomat. A devoted reader, Mikayla believes there's no problem that can't be solved with a good book. She is organized, thoughtful, and always ready with a solution. Mikayla brings heart and humor to everything she does.

Connie Shimon
Wellness Coordinator

Connie is our Wellness Coordinator here at Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living. She handles the organization of the medications and wellness of our residents living in our assisted living community. She is a very organized and works with our care staff to provide our residents with a comfortable and homelike environment, akin to home.
Connie loves outdoor activities like camping, snowboarding, and traveling, but her favorite thing is spending time with her family. She has two adorable children, a boy and a girl, as well as a dog named Silver. She frequently brings Silver to work, and the residents adore her.

Konosha Westbrook
Dining Services Director

Konosha was born a little north of Junction City, in Salem Oregon. Her family moved to Junction City when she was 6 years old and she has lived here ever since. Konosha oversees all of the day-to-day operations of the dining services department, which includes meal planning, purchasing, receiving, food production and quality control. She is big on her family, enjoys being outdoors, sports and of course cooking. She has a son, a baby girl on the way and we cannot forget the cat named "Kitty Kitty".

Caitlin Knutson
Life Enrichment Director

Caitlin is from Central Oregon and has lived in Eugene and surrounding areas since 2012. She is our “Official Fun Haver” here at Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living. Since 2010, she’s been in various roles in senior care and has also supported individuals with Autism and learning disabilities. She adores outdoor activities like camping, hiking, fishing, and beachcombing, along with reading poetry. Above all, she treasures spending time with her family, especially her daughter, Freya, who she says is her heart.

William Knutson
Maintenance Director

Since 2023, William has brought energy, humor, and heart to our team as our Maintenance Assistant and weekend Concierge. Before joining us, William chased the thrill of the skies through skydiving. These days, he enjoys a different kind of peace—spending time with his beloved wife and daughter, and casting a line whenever he gets the chance to fish. Known for his quick wit and contagious laughter, William is as likeable as they come. Whether he's fixing a problem, making someone smile, or sneaking a few pickles, William is a valued and unforgettable part of our community.
